Since meeting Kristi I have changed my eating, physique, and frame of mind when it comes to fitness and nutrition.
I have been an athlete since my teenage years, participating in everything from football, baseball, basketball, track, and cross country running. Over the years I have become more of a distance runner and got into the habit of thinking I could eat whatever, whenever I wanted. I could just run off the access calories. As I turned 40, I realized that even if I continued to run, the pounds weren’t coming off as easily as they use to. I needed to change something, especially my eating habits.
When I first learned about Kristi’s “Body Transformation Challenge” I was only slightly interested. But my wife talked me into doing it, and I’m really glad she did! I’ve learned so much! I have completely changed my eating habits, and in the process have lost those stubborn 15 pounds that wouldn’t let go of my waist. I’ve also lost over 7% body fat. And that’s just to date. I plan on sticking with your program and losing a few more pounds and knocking down a few more percentages of body fat.
Kristi has transformed me into the runner/athlete that I was years ago. I haven’t run a serious marathon in a few years, but now I can’t wait to get back on the starting line. I plan to run two marathons this year, and several shorter races. Thanks to Kristi I feel light on my feet again! I feel that I am better with my nutrition than I have ever been thanks to the nutritional support and advice. I used to eat lots of junk foods (peanut M&M’s will always have a fond place in my heart) but now I know that I was not reaching my full potential as an athlete due to my nutritional shortcomings.
As a physician, I have always instructed my patients that the best way to a healthy lifestyle is exercise and proper diet. Kristi has helped reinforce these ideals for myself. I always tell my patients about you and do not hesitate to refer them to you for your nutritional support and personal training.
Along with my personal transformation, it has been amazing to see the results that Kristi has had with other people. I have had the pleasure to meet several people that Kristi has worked with and have seen their amazing results! Not only has Kristi transformed their appearances, she has changed their lives! John approach to nutrition has changed dramatically since beginning his i-Physique program. Due to that fact that he has been an athlete all his life, specializing in marathons, John was able to eat whatever he wanted without any weight gain. That soon caught up to him and he decided it was time to take a different approach. I met with him and challeged him that if he was truly a serious athlete and wanted to improve his performance he need to eat for fuel rather than for taste and that would help him to be lighter on his feet and in turn improve his performance during marathon. He left my office that day and has not looked back, dropping 7lbs in the first 2 weeks. John is Team i-Physique Chiropractor and is now walking the walk of what he preachers as a doctor.
