Online Nutrition Training

Online 12 Week Transformation programs are available For Individuals and Couples.

The program starts with a 45 minute in-person consultation covering starting measurements, current nutritional habits, current cardio, and supplementation.

Your personalized program will include a daily meal plan, cardio, and supplement recommendations, all designed for your lifestyle and daily schedule.

At completion you will have the knowledge and tools to continue and maintain the transformation you achieved.

Together we will learn your physique and how it responds to nutrition. Knowledge of what works for your body type will ensure long term success and allow you to make the right choices going forward. Upon conclusion of your 12 week program, you will be familiar with how much exercise your body needs and how many free meals you can allow per week while maintaining your desired body fat percentage and weight.

Ongoing Support

Stay on Track

Upon completion of either the online or personal training program, you will have the option to enroll in i-Physique's continued support option. In this program Kristi will continue to monitor and adjust your plan according to progress and/or goal changes.
