Begin your altering your Physique with our individualized and proven nutrition programs. There is no cookie cutter solution to get the results you desire. Your program will be created just for you and tailored to enhance your current lifestyle through proper meal timing, preparation, and practical meals for: a busy work schedule, travel, family life, parties, etc.

Your 12 week program will begin with a detailed goal timeline for body fat percent and weight measured every 2 weeks targeting your ultimate goal for the conclusion of your 12 weeks.

You will also receive a personalized daily meal plan with appropriate meal timing based on your lifestyle and daily schedule. This meal plan will have proper macronutrient profiles to allow your body to have peak performance for workouts while allowing for body fat and weight loss.

Kristi and i-Physique’s approach to fitness is to fuel the body through frequent whole food meals throughout the day to allow the body to work for itself, not against itself. This approach speeds up your metabolism while allowing your body to absorb the proper nutrients and eliminate waste. The goal is to eliminate careless/mindless eating and empower you to make positive food choices. Following this program will provide more energy, increased confidence, empowerment, and direction.
