Weekly In Person Sessions

Our one-on-one in person training includes a complete personalized program.

Each session will be tailored towards your goals whether that is to lean and tone, gain muscle, or improve fitness and performance. Workouts are designed to push you, so come ready to train and sweat! Kristi’s goal is to motivate you to discover your untapped fitness potential.

Programs are designed for any level of fitness. As you progress, Kristi will move you to new levels, allowing you to achieve goals you never imagined. 

**SPECIAL** All Personal Training now includes participation in Kristi’s twice per month weekend conditioning class at no additional charge!

Bi-Weekly Group Conditioning and Team Practice

Conditioning classes are tailored towards Figure and Bikini competitors. Classes include a 45 minute posing session geared at preparing you for onstage competition, an intense 75 minute workout, and a team meeting.

If you are interested in competing or even just "looking and feeling" like a competitor, contact Kristi to schedule an introductory session free of charge. If you are motivated and inspired after participating, you may choose to enroll in just the i-Physique Conditioning Class program. Should you decide to enroll in the i-Physique Personal Training or i-Physique Online Nutrition Program, the i-Physique Conditioning Class is included at no additional charge.Contact Us for more info.
